With the new year approaching, many have begun to make their New Years Resolutions.
We at Oscar would like to help you stay on top of your health by setting achievable and measurable goals that work for you, whether you’re trying to lose weight, stop smoking, or better manage your health.
Today, I’m going to share with you some SMART goals on how to better manage your chronic medical conditions. Some examples of chronic medical conditions include high blood pressure, diabetes, and high cholesterol. It’s important to make sure that you are getting good control of these conditions as they can lead to heart attack, stroke, or even death.
